Best Friends, Worst Enemies

Trainer:  Suze Rutherford

Sorry guys, this is strictly girl talk.  Participants will explore cultural differences in the hidden aggression in girls and examine prevention approaches to assist girls in expressing their natural feelings of anger, competition, and jealousy appropriately.  The training environment will emphasize the importance of cooperation, support, relationships and communication in promoting healthy relationships.  Participants will be allowed to discuss specific issues and strategies to positively address them.

Real Men

Trainer:  Chris Becnel

Participants will be introduced to new perspectives on what it means to be male and how to build the relational skills they need to become good men through positive male support and by not shaming boys for who they are.  The training environment will emphasize the importance of cooperation, support, relationships and communication in promoting healthy relationships.  Through true stories and physical activity, the boys will see how others have been shaped and how they can prepare to become Real Men.
